HVE 3 certified wines
For many years, the winery has been committed to a Social and Environmental Responsibility approach. In 2020, our vines were certified High Environmental Value (HVE 3) for 75% of their surface area. This certification attests that the elements of biodiversity (hedges, grassy strips, trees...) are very widely present on the farm and that the pressure of agricultural practices on the environment (air, climate, water, soil, biodiversity, landscapes) is reduced to a minimum.
Christmas in Alsace
In spite of the particular period we are living through, let's not forget the magic that accompanies Christmas and the end of the year celebrations. In Alsace, it is customary to decorate houses with Christmas' trees, Christmas' balls and garlands. The cooperaive also uses a thousand lights to warm hearts.
